Q: Is the Automatic Can Sealing Machine easy to use?
A: Absolutely. It’s plug-and-play, one-touch operation. Most customers are sealing confidently within minutes. We also provide a step-by-step quick-start guide, plus support videos if you want a refresher.

Q: Do you provide training or ongoing support?
A: Yes. Every machine comes with onboarding support, and our team is only ever a phone call away. We also have video guides, troubleshooting tips, and can even walk you through over Zoom if you prefer.

Q: How big is the machine?
A: Compact enough to sit on a café bench or brewery counter: 600mm (H) x 200mm (W) x 400mm (D), weighing approx. 30kg. Perfect for venues tight on space.

2. Can & Lid Compatibility

Q: What cans and lids does the machine seal?
A: Our machine is designed for both aluminium and PET (plastic) cans, with multiple size options: 500ml, 330ml (slim & standard), 250ml, and 210ml.

Q: Do cans and lids come with the machine?
A: No, the machine is sold separately. Swell Pack supplies a full range of cans and lids to suit your menu. Order them directly through us for seamless compatibility.

Q: Can I seal with pop-top lids as well as peel-off lids?
A: Yes. You can choose standard beverage lids (like beer cans) or easy-peel foil lids for desserts, snacks, and ready-to-eat options.

Q: How many cans can it seal per hour?
A: The machine is fast, perfect for service periods or batch production. (Exact speed depends on staff workflow, but hundreds per hour are achievable.)

Q: Will my products stay fresh?
A: Yes. The machine delivers hermetic double seams every time, keeping your products airtight, leak-proof, and fresh for up to 4 days (recommend customer self-testing)

Q: Is it noisy?
A: No. It runs quietly in the background ideal for cafés, breweries, and events.

Q: Can I use it for desserts or appetisers?
A: Definitely. With our easy peel-off lids, you can create a single-serve dessert or snack in a can. It opens cleanly and creates a premium, fun customer experience.

Q: Can it handle carbonated drinks?
A: Yes , craft beer, sparkling cocktails, sodas, and kombucha all seal beautifully while holding their fizz.

Q: Hot or cold fill?
A: Cool to Iced. PET cans and lids are not suitable for liquids hotter than 60°C (140°F).

Q: How do I clean it?
A: Just wipe it down and follow the basic checks in the manual. It’s designed for easy, low-maintenance use. Ensure you pop a few drops of food grade lubricant onto the lifting plate to ensure smooth operation.

Q: What warranty is included?
A: 12 months manufacturer’s warranty covering parts and defects. Improper use or mishandling will void this.

Q: Do I need special power or equipment?
